The SMSC Business Office consists of several Patient Representatives and Cashiers who are specially trained to assist patients and families with their insurance questions or concerns, balance inquiries, and many other financial services.

The Patient Representatives also assist patients with work related injuries,
pre-employment physicals, pre-certification and authorization for tests and procedures, applying for Care Credit that assists families in covering out of pocket medical expenses, and many other situations.
