Community Health Clinic is a designated Rural Health Clinic by the Department of State Health Services.  We specialize in Women's Health and Pediatrics and put a strong emphasis on treating the entire family with our Family Practice providers. Many programs are available to help women and children, such as CHIPs Perinatal and Title V.
